Bradley Beach Police Department Please be advised that Lake Terrace is closed from Ocean Avenue to Fletcher Lake Avenue due to flooding. We are working hard towards resolving the situation and will update everyone when the roadway is reopened. Notification about Noise Ordinance #2023-09 recently passed by Borough Council The Borough Governing Body recently adopted a new ordinance with the following provisions. Please be sure to comply with them and be sure to inform your contractors of the need to comply the following provisions: From 6:00 PM of the Friday before Memorial Day through 8:00 AM October 1st, contractors (construction, landscaping, tree trimming, etc.) using noise producing equipment may not perform work between 6:00 PM Friday and 8:00 AM Monday and on holidays.
