Kick off the holiday season in Bradley Beach this weekend. The Annual Beach Bonfire starts things off on November 26th at 6pm. The bonfire takes place on the beach by the 5th Avenue Gazebo. Mayor’s Wellness Campaign Announced

Borough of Bradley Beach Mayor Larry Fox announced today that he will commit to improving the health and wellness of Bradley Beach by signing the Mayors Wellness Campaign (MWC) Annual Pledge of Participation and announcing wellness activities that local residents can attend this year. The partnership between Bradley Beach and the MWC will begin an effort to encourage the local community to get on the path to active living and healthier lifestyles. Beach Access Ramps @ Ocean Park and Fourth Avenues Starting Date: Weather permitting, beginning on Monday November 8th, 2021. Description of Work Activities: The Borough of Bradley Beach has contracted Vulcan Construction Group, Inc. out of Cookstown, NJ to perform improvements in your area. This work will involve the construction of two (2) beach access ramps on the boardwalk near Ocean Park and Fourth Avenues. You may notice some heavy equipment and workers on the beach side of the boardwalk, where most of the work will be performed. Happy Halloween!

Mayor Larry Fox along with the Bradley Beach Council, wish everyone a Safe and Happy Halloween! Please remember the Halloween curfew Saturday, October 30th through Monday, November 1st. No person under 18 years of age shall be allowed on any streets of the Borough of Bradley Beach unless accompanied by a parent or guardian between the hours of 8pm and 6:30am.

Hello Residents- A few noteworthy items to mention: This Saturday the Shade Tree Commission is planting sixteen trees around town. This is their biggest undertaking in terms of planting since its inception over a year ago- great job. If you are interested in helping, there may be a few slots open- check the website. Mayor’s Message: September 23, 2021

Our “official” Summer season is over. I want to give a few highlighted points on our Badge revenue: Our 2021 revenue was 25% higher than our “normal” 4-year average (from 2016-2019)- a very positive indicator! Our Season badge sales were up 30% even over the 2020 number- another very positive indicator. We’ll be looking at improvements we can make for next season and what investments we can make.
