In accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A 10:4-6 to 10:4-21, we are informing you that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Bradley Beach has scheduled a Special Council Meeting for the purposes of holding an appellate hearing in the matter of The Land Use Application of 501 Lake Terrace, LLC on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in the Meeting Room at 701 Main Street, Bradley Beach, NJ 07720. The meeting will be in person only and open to the public and formal action will be taken.
