Construction Notice for Residents and Businesses at 2nd and 3rd Avenue

Starting On or About Wednesday, September 8, 2021
Normal working hours will be between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

On Wednesday, September 8, 2021 we will be installing concrete curb at the park area along 2nd and 3rd Avenue between Main Street and Hammond Avenue. On Friday, September 10, 2021 Traffic striping and parking spaces will be painted along both sides 2nd Avenue and 3rd Avenue from Main Street to Hammond Avenue. During the striping/painting phase of the project, we ask that all vehicles be removed from the street and parked in your driveways. If you require the use of your vehicle during the day, we recommend that you park your vehicle on a side street. The 2nd Avenue roadway will be closed to traffic between 3rd Avenue and Hammond Avenue during construction.

Emergency vehicles will have access at all times.
