It has come to our attention that properties in Bradley Beach are being rented without first obtaining the proper Certificate of Occupancy. The maximum fine for a single day without a CO is $2000.00 per day. If you are aware of properties that may be utilizing their homes for rent without proper CO authentification, please see the SDL Portal. There is a video which explains how to use the portal. All complaints will remain confidential.
